Elementary students spend at least an hour each week engaged in physical activity and developing large and small motor skills through games and teamwork. Middle and High School students continue to develop their physical skills and teamwork through P.E. classes. Health classes help students explore what it means to care for the physical body with which they have been entrusted.
Though the majority of athletic opportunities offered are non-competitive, Sahel students do have the chance to enjoy some friendly competition throughout the year. This may come through Field Day, the NUTS softball tournament or matches arranged with other local sports teams.
